oh HI!
SO I know that I haven't been on Livejournal in a little while. I have been good, Rush went well, and we have 28 or so new girls in our house now!!! I have been hanging out with my boyfriend Peter a lot, that is fun! I haven't really had much to do the past few days, so I have gone to the gym a few times. Dinner tongiht wasn't very good, I was unsatisfied, but it is ok. There are a couple of parties to go to tongiht that I am really excited for!! One is at Delts my BF's frat, and the other is at Psi U where I know a lot of the guys, that one is a foam party. wooo. SO yeah School starts on wed. I have an orientation thing for children's hospital volunteering on thursday. I still need another personal recomendation hummm. I was thinking of asking my aunt Deanna to do it, because she knows that I am good with kids, because I watch her girls. humm ok thats all hope every one is doing well. I am back up in Seattle I moved in to my sorority on saturday, and now we are practicing and getting ready for forma recruitment. We are practicing our chants, and songs, and every thing. | so yeah my Birthday is coming up!! I am going to have a party soon, let me know soon if you would want to come, and I will give you details. I had fun on vacation with my family, we went to northern California. We went boating, and to a water park, and to Six Flags Marine world. Six Flags was really cool, I rode all the big roller coasters, and we saw the dolphin and wale shows, and saw the tigers and lions. The Tigers were so cute, they were playing and wrestling with each other. I convinced my parents to drive home Saturday, and ate at this sea food restaurant. Sunday I went up to Federal Way and went to Wild Waves with Peter and a bunch of his friends It was very fun, and very good to see him, He got us all tickets from Coke. Then early Monday morning, I got sick, and felt like shit all Monday, My whole family got Food poisoning, It must have been from the restaurant that we stopped at sat night. I felt like I was hung over at work from being sick, and had a bad head ache Monday night, but today I was fine, and I volunteered and worked. so yeah... Peter is SOOO wonderful, He is coming down for my birthday party! stun gun?!?!
So I was looking at my schedule for fall quarter, and I got scared. I have Micobiology lab from 4-6 teusday and thursday evenings. And it is in the furthest building on campus. So I got scared, cause it gets dark at like 4 later in the fall. I remember my brother mentioning stun guns to me last year before I went to college. Maybe I should get one. A lower powered one would cost me from $15-30 The lowered powered ones are smaller too, so it would be easy to carry with me all the time, even though I would have a back pack when walking from class. I could even take it with me when I go out, but that might be weird to be dancing with a stun gun in my pocket...... What do you guys think!?!? I am looking forward to this fall soooo much!!! I have such a wonderful buy to hang out with! I think my classes will be fun. I have tons of fun girls to live with, and new freshman too!! I am such a baby
So I had some friends over to watch a movie last night, Kim and Ava, we watched Millon Dollar Babby I didn't like it, i guess it was a "good movie" but I don't understand Boxing much, so i didn't get some of it, and the "preist" in the movie was really retarted and didn't give a good example of what a preist is like so that made me mad. I hate when my curch is mis represented. And the movie was pretty sad, and didn't really have that much to it. So then Ava, Kim, and I hung out in the kitchen talking for a while. I am excited that I started hanging out with Ava some more, becuae she is a great girl, and we live super close. Then I sayed goodnight to them around 12. Then second I shut and locked the door behind them I felt a rush of Lonelyness and I was scared. I should have opened it back up and made one of them spend the night. My parents are in Vegas, I am picking them up from the ir port in a couple of hrs. And Last night my little brother spent the night at his friends. SO I was alone in my big house, and i felt really horible. I tryed calling peter, but he went to sleep at like 11. So I read my book for a while, and cuddled with my kitty, but when I tryed to go to sleep I just wanted to cry. SO I texted Wade to see if he was awake, and mde my kitty sleep with me. I was able to get to sleep, then Wade called me at like 3:20, so we talked for a bit. I kept trying to think of people I could call to comfort me at 2 am. I also realised that I could never ever live alone. I can't handdle one night alone in my house I will never be able to hanndle liveng on my own. I better find a good husband right out of college that won't leve me alone for even a night. Or I better live with a bunch of sisters. I love living in the sorority, I is comforting to sleep in a big room with 40+ girls in it. I might not be sleeping on the porch a whole lot this fall though hehe. I hope I get a really awesome little sis! I can't wit to be a "Big sis" OK so life has been good, Today I started volenteering at Legacy Good Sameritan Hospital. It was OK, the guy that trained me was pretty borring, and the stuff we did wasn't that much fun or rewarding, but I guess we helped. We mostly stocked gloves and other small supplys in each of the rooms. I hope I am not compleatly lost tomorrow when I go in though, or bored. SO my schedule is like this 10am-2pm volenteer, and 3-7 lifeguard and 7-8 tech lessons!! basicaly tomorrow-thursday, and fridy I just uard 3-8. I am so excited!!! Next week I am going camping with Peter, and Barbara and Dane!! and Peter's friend Corey, and this chick Tara, who I haven't met, but apparently is supposed to have really huge boobs. haha OK so I am excited, I hope My mom remembers me telling her that i was doing that. I went camping with my mom and our friends The Linwebers, It was fun, It was up at Lake Merwin at this really nice camp ground. They have 2 sea doos that I drove a little last night, and rode a little today. It was fun to sit around the camp fire, and have smores. The weather was crapy, kinda sprinkled the whole time, but i guess we were lucky, caue the night before (friday night) It poured rain the whole time. My mom was supposed to go up friday night, but didn't cause of the rian. So my mom headed up there sat around noon, and I went up after working till 3, and a little while after I got there, just after we set up our tent, one of the Lineweber boys gets a cell phone call, and it is some base ball parent, and they are telling us that Ian (my little brother) broke his callor bone, and had to be taken to the hospital. Ian stayed here for baseball games. So my mom left, and met him at the hospital, and they got him X-rayed, but it wasn't broken, it was just swollen really bad, just a bad bruise. He and this other kid colided in the out feild trying to catch a pop fly. SOOO any wyas, then my mom brought him back up to the lake, and we hung out last night. This morning we rode the sea doos over to the bridge, and jumped form the beam a few times, it was pretty cold, but still pretty fun. then we had hot dogs, and packed up the camp site. I really want to go camping with Peter, He wants to come down here the first couple days of August, and camping would be so much fun, I hope my parents will let me go camping with him, and then I can bring him in to town to meet every one, and see my house and stuff. NOW i need to clean my room, I hink i am running out of clothes to wear, and so i should do laundry and stop wearing dirty clothes. YEAH it was a fun little vacation, back to work tomorrow. new phone
I got a new phone today! I am playing with it, trying to figure it all out, and reading the manual. FUN stuff!!!! I saw Bewitched tonight, It was pretty cute, and Will Farrel (sp??) was funny, but the movie wasn't really that exciting, probably because i have seen the preview, and the preview was too long and gave the whole movie away. I had a good day at work, I knew like all the kids that came swimming, so i could yell at them by name. I didn't get to talk to peter for very long, cause i was in the movie :( Tomorrow is the 4th!!! I am still not sure if i will go to the fort tomorrow night, or just come home after work. I had a good day
Today was good, but i didn't do anything to special, every thing was just good. I swam at lake shore and talked to Eric (hot guy that lifeguards there). He is pretty nice, and fun to chat with. I came home ate a realy good salad, and showerd, went to work, and I was on time, so that is good. I was SUNNY!!!! and there were quite few people swimming when I got there, but the big groups of kids left after a little while. I saw Ryan who used to work at the snack bar at Royal Oaks, I stared at him a bit, and talked to him a bit. He is training in the air force to become some eleite rescue person, sounds pretty cool, and he is all buff!! He needs to cut his hair even a little shorter though....haha I love the muscles an crue cuts!!! Kevin, the guy that works at the snak bar still, told me that i look like i have lost weight, so that is nice to know that my diet is working, I totaly fit into the jean shorts that i wore last summer, so that is good, but i still have like 3 pounds to lose before I weigh as little as I did last summer, so I am going to keep working out, and be pretty strict on my diet for a few more days, and then just eat realy well the rest of the sumer to keep it off. SORRY about all this diet stuff, I have never lost weight before, it is exciting. lets seeeee, then I set up some privit lessons, so from the 11-15 i will make $150 cash for just 5 hr extra work!!! I got money in the mail from tax return and U of W, so that is cool. I talked to Peter on the way home and it was fun to talk to him! It sucks I might not get to see him for a whole month, but he is planning to come down beginning of August before I go to Cali with my family. and then I talked online with a few people tonight, and now I am going to get to bed, an maybe read a little......goodnight, I hope all of you had good days too. I had some days off, it has been fun!!!! Thursday I went to KAH-NEE-TA with Barb Nycole, Jilly, and Ally. It was very fun, We had lots of fun rubbing tanning oil all over each other, My ass got kinda burnt the second day, so who ever was supposed to rub it on my ass totally skimped, but it is all just tan now, so no worries.....haha, but it was relaxing, and fun to get drunk with girls in our hotel room. Saturday I went up to Visit Peter, he lives in Bothell, which is North East of Seattle. He had to work on Sat and Sunday, but we got to hang out in the evening. On Saturday we went to this dinner thing at his church, because he received this award for getting his eagle scout. Then we played on the play ground with these little kids. He is so good with kids, it is so cute! Then we hung out at his house, and then I went to DU and spent the night there, cause Peter had to work early Sunday morning. My sorority sister Brittany is living in there, and she let me sleep in her bed. Then Sunday I hung out with her, and watched American Pie 2, and got Sub Way for lunch. The people that work at the Sub Way on the ave are soooo weird. They lady that made Brittany’s sandwich was crazy, she was all happy, and airy, and all, oh I am just wonderful today, but the weather is a little cloudy, and I missed the gay pride parade, i really wanted to go to it. haha..... Brit had to work at 4 pm, so I went to the Nrothgate Mall, to wait for Peter to get off work, he works full time for Coca-Cola as a merchandiser. Then we went to church, and after church we ate dinner that his dad made, it was really good and filling. Peter's friend Corey came over, and we watched Anchorman, and went in the hot tub. Then it was late, so I spent the night there. He was worried that his mom would come down and see me still there, but she didn't, but as I was leaving this morning, his dad was getting home from work, and saw me..ooopps, but I guess his Dad didn't care, but his mom would have. He is going to come down and visit me some time this summer. Today I drove 3 hrs, and then had to work at Royal Oaks, but it was raining, so I closed the pool, and went to the Library, and got a few thick summer reading books, then had to go back to Royal Oaks, and teach swimming lessons, it was still raining, and most of the kids were screaming brats... kinda chaotic, but I hope tomorrow will be better. life this week
It is pretty good to be home, I have more friends than I thought that i would, I love you guys. It has been fun hanging out with B, last night we stuck magnets on the back of her collection of MIKE'S caps, and turned them into word magnets, and and played with them on a magnetic dry erase board that we got at Wal Mart. And she drank the 3 Mikes that were left at my place from the time we all hung out here. Going over to Wes's place has been fun to. And Steve Fife is a pretty cool guy to hang around with. I have been working at Royal Oaks like almost every day from 3-7, but I just hired my room mate form last quarter Noelle, so she is going to work with me tomorrow, and for me th and friday, so i can go to Ceneeda with Nycole and B, and whoever els is going. This weekend I also have days off, so i am going to go up to Seattle and visit people. I feel like i haven't seen my family around very much, it kinda sucks, we are all busy with all our own stuff, maybe it will get better after Ian gets out of school. My days have basicaly consisted of wakeing up whenever, going to lakeshore to work out a bit, and then wroking 3-7, and then hanging with friends after work. It has been fun and restfull. tonight i might go over to Kim's place, and hang out with her, and who ever for a whie. I am doing the SouthBeach diet for a couple of weeks, to try and lose the weight that i gained from College, stay skinnier than my Mom, look good in a swim suit, fit into my summer clothes, and be healthy. It is basicaly a lot of vegies, meat, and cheese, but i am going to try and not drink very much for a little while, and sorry if i am grouchy, i will try and not be, but I am really excited to lose weight, cause i never have before. enough about that.... yeah so i guess that is my summer so far. YEUP! me and Barb had fun talking last nihgt, and i gave here some of my clothes. I turned on the hot tub, but i doubt that it was ready, so we didn't go in it. But some time soon who ever wants can come hot tub. SO is there supposed to be some party at Wes's tonight? Nycole invited me to it, so that sounds fun. B gets off at 12:30 so maybe I will come around 11 or something. Excited to see all you guys. Yeah ummmm I am going to lake shore to work out, wish me luck, I need to lose my freshman 15. I am sorry guys, but i really don't want to come home. But I will be there friday night. Wade can you please clean the van out a little, and bring some boxes or plastic bin things that i can throw some of my crap in. I will talk to mom about finding some for you. yeah...if you want to know more about my life just ask, but I don't want to tell every one soooo yeah I am just having a good time, and I am going to miss a lot of people when I go home this summer. But I love you COUVE people too, and i will have fun working and being with my fam, I just feel like there is going to be soo much that i want to do, and soo little time. i am mostly done with my paper that is due tomorrow, just in need of some people helping me edit it. And I haven't really started studying for my BIO and CHEM tests, but i have all day mon tue and wed (for chem) to cram. night, Abbie I am on liquid crack, but my eyes are tired, so i will try going to sleep......liquid crack is this really yummy coffee stuff with a lot of sugar, caffeine, and chocolae in it, the Delts cook makes it for them durring finals. I went to "Race For The Cure" this morrning, I am pretty sleepy right now, I might need a nap. I helped hand out t-shirts to survivors of breast cancer, and some girls in my house did the 5K run. It was pretty fun, and I got some free samples of some cereal and stuff, like a bright pink frisbee! who is up for a game?! soo yeah today I am just working on my paper, and hanging out. yeah have a good day every one! I don't know what the hell this is, I got it from my brother's LJ, but it is pretty damn funny: My LJ might be pretty dry from now on. I am really glad that I got to hang out with Barbara this weekend, and glad that she is my best friend and she can tell me stuff. I am way more of a face to face person, and so If you want to know what is going on in my life call me or hang out with me and we will talk, but I don't so much like this people reading my journal thing, so I might just make most of the private. IDK just a thought of mine. But oh well since I am updateing: Last night chilled with B fun stuff, stayed up pretty late, went to church with my fam this morning, wroked from 3-7, went to StarWars with Bobby, B let us in, good times, It was a great movie, I enjoyed it, but i was pretty tired durring it, and I am tired now, and have to work at 10 tomorrow, an then i Hea bak to School and my Seattle home. SO apparently drunk Live Journaling is not the best of ideas. Sorry for all the drunken comments I got pretty trashed last night. I don't really want to party on sat night, but wouldn't mind seeing some people, me and Barbara have plans to hang out, I hope that is still on, and I am not sure what is up with my family and stuff. Last night I played drinking games at Psi U we had an unofficial wet exchange thing over there. There was a big dance party over at SAE that I stopped by too. I danced a little with Peter the Delt that I have hung out with a few times. And then went back to Psi U didn't think much would be going on, but there were still a few guys around, and Marianna and Elee were really trashed but apparently I wanted to drink more, so I played a game called "shitty" like 4 times so I had about 4 more drinks. Then came home and did a little drunk LJ and Facebooking. Today has been fun, except the way my head and throat feel, damn cheep vodka. so but I laid out in the quad this morning, came home, had some lunch, and then went to Delta Chi to swim, and tan with a couple of girls in my house. Tonight is our dance 80's Prom! SOO I am just hanging out until I have to start getting ready for that! OK that is my life; I am coming home tomorrow, and will be working at Royal Oaks. I am doing nothing, but whiping gooo out of my eyes. I am hanging out with Marianna and Noelle in my room. I am going to go over to Sigma Nu tonight and ask some one to our dance. Rouleau is going to come to our "Grab-A-Date" tomorrow. I am coming home to Vancouver Saturday, working at Royal Oaks this weekend, but so far am free sat and sunday night.
